Returns PolicyPurchases made can only be exchanged for another product or for store credit only. Indicate the reason of your return at the space below on the invoice with its purpose (exchange or store credit). Allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed.
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.
- Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During sales and holidays, orders are shipped within 3-6 business days.
- We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price items. Credit notes do not expire.
- Merchandise must be in brand new condition, returned in their original packaging, including garment bag, and hangtags on original placement.
- Items during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return.
- Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are non-refundable on returned/refused merchandise.
- In the extremely unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective clothing items please contact us immediately via email and include a picture of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org. High quality products and excellent customer care are our top priorities and your issue will be immediately addressed and resolved.
- U.S. Returns may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense. A traceable and insured service is suggested to prevent packages from being lost, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
Store credit is valid for a ONE-time use and does not have an expiration date. Store credit cannot be combined with a promotional code, and does not work towards the shipping fee.
